How To Find Other Homes: There are three ways to do this. "Method 1" is easier and more expeditious. The other takes a little more of your time to do searching, and you don't get all the information about a listed home. I can work with you on any of the homes on the market as your Buyer Agent except for the ones that I personally list. Check below for my special internet offer.
Method 1...Send Me Your Home Requirements: If you are looking for homes other than what you see listed here please e-mail me with your requirements. I'll send back to you all the listings (with pictures) in the market area that meet those requirements. The easiest way to do that is simply to click here ..for a convenient form that will e-mail the information directly to me. Of course there is no obligation on your part. It's a special service I provide.

Method 2...Search
Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C.:
This
special search engine
provides you accesses to all the available homes and once you input your search
criteria, it automatically emails you anytime a new home comes on the market
that meets your criteria. It's the best site for
searching this area.
Method 3...You Search For Homes on the Internet: There are several sites for this purpose, however this one -- remax.com is rapidly becoming the most used web site for home searches across the country. Use this site to get a general idea of what may be available in particular areas. You'll see that not quite all the information about a home is provided. There is also realtor.com. But, by far, the best site for our area is the one in "Method 2" above.
